I set arrival time to Colombo as 8.00 am from the major city in the DS divisions in Sri Lanka. The time may vary (+1 hour) due to road traffic. Here I've used the easiest route to Colombo, including expressways.
According to the image, the interesting fact is, areas near to the expressway show relatively less travel time. We can predict with the opening of the Central Expressway and the Ruwanpura Expressway, the colors of the map may be changed dramatically.
ArcGIS is the Software I used here and data was taken from Google map manually.
